SPEAKING

Who is Dwight Chapin?

Dr. Chapin is Team Chiropractor for the Toronto Argonauts, co-owner of a large multi-disciplinary health clinic, lead clinician of the onsite repetitive strain injury prevention clinic for The Globe and Mail employees, and a corporate wellness innovator.

In his keynotes, presentations and book Take Good Care: 7 Wellness Rituals for Health, Strength & Hope, Dwight guides the way.

Having worked with many leaders at the top of their game, he understands the science and behavior required to activate the body’s healing potential and the struggles that make it difficult to do so. As a gifted communicator, he brings the advances in lifestyle medicine and leading evidence to life, engaging audiences through inspiring stories, humor, kindness, and clinical wisdom.

(Note: Dwight takes pride in customizing his talks for each audience’s unique needs and goals. The descriptions are among his favorites, yet he’s also happy to tweak them upon request!)

“I first met Dr. Chapin at a lecture he was giving on the Business Case for Corporate Wellness. He spoke of prevention, health and employee engagement in a way that intrigued me. This was at a time before Corporate Wellness strategies were a common business practice. He is a creative leader and is on the front edge of his discipline.”

-Dr. Ian Dawe, Psychiatrist, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and former Chief and Medical Director of Mental Health at Trillium Health Partners.
